Where do you ship?
We ship to Guadeloupe, Martinique and mainland France. In Saint-Martin and Sint Maarten, orders are picked up for free at our store.
How much is shipping?
- Guadeloupe and Martinique: €9
- Mainland France: €11
- Saint-Martin and Sint Maarten: free in-store pickup
- Free shipping on orders over €150
How long does delivery take?
- Guadeloupe and Martinique: about 7 business days
- Mainland France: about 10 business days
I'm in Saint-Martin or Sint Maarten (or on vacation here). How do I get my order?
Pay online, then pick up your order for free at our Grand Case store (Grand Case Airport), Monday to Sunday, 8am to 5pm. Your order is ready within 24 hours: we'll send you a message as soon as it's waiting for you.

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, CB) or with PayPal. Payment is 100% secure.
